- Booking details (course, date chosen) — to manage enrollment. Basis: contract.

- Messages you send us — to answer questions. Basis: legitimate interests.
- Technical data (IP address, device and browser info) — for site security and fraud prevention. Basis: legitimate interests.

- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for processing sales, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Service providers that host the website or send email for us.
- Certifying organizations, where needed to issue your course card.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and certification records as long as needed to verify your certification and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
